We are so sorry to share that the Missions Weened Dinner has been cancelled due to forecasted ice and dangerous road conditions. An email with more information is being sent to anyone who has already registered.
We are incredibly sad to cancel, but we’d still love to share about missions with you! If you’d like to know more, please reach out to Shae at shae@myrivertree.org. If you’d like to hear Jay’s stories, please reach out to him at jay@myrivertree.org.
The main event of our Missions Weekend will be an extraordinary dinner in the East Hall of the Von Braun Center on January 24 from 5:30 -8:00 pm. We will be joined by local missions partners, hear about missionary life from a riveting guest speaker, and be engrossed by the experiences of our own Jay Hartsfield as a missionary in South Asia.
This year, our own Jay Hartsfield will share the stories that moved and stirred his heart to be forever changed as a missionary in South Asia: with new eyes for the greatness and grace of our God and the urgency of the gospel.
We hope that you will come, enjoy time together as one big Rivertree family, learn more about missions, and be inspired to reach the world around you in ways you may not have considered.
Childcare
Childcare for Rivertree members and attendees (located at the Downtown Campus for nursery-age children through 5th grade) is included with the parent’s dinner ticket. While parents enjoy a special meal at the Von Braun Center, pizza will be served for children who are able to eat it as they are cared for at Rivertree Downtown.
