The story of Sola City is a story of God extending and spreading His Gospel among the people of north Georgia to the glory of His Name.
After the formation of a missional community group that existed for 3 years, the Lord opened the opportunity for the group, along with others, to plant a new church in Gainesville with the purpose of seeing more people come to a saving knowledge of Jesus.
Sola officially launched as a church in January 2018. Since 2018, God has used Sola to see many sons and daughters brought into the Kingdom of God.
Sola has also become the home church of many families and individuals who did not understand the vital role the local church plays in Christian discipleship.
Her mission is to spread the supremacy of God through the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the city of Gainesville and beyond.
Their 15-year vision is that they would be a global church where thousands hear the Gospel through urban ministry, church planting, and theological resourcing.
